Meals on Wheels
Every day, the COA and a dedicated group of caring volunteers work diligently to provide nutritious meals to the homebound elderly in the St. Augustine/St. Johns County community.
Caregiver Support
COA’s Community Care-Giving program provides valuable tools that promote and empower a positive and successful caregiving experience.
Independent Living Services
Research now proves conclusively that most elder residents want to stay in their own homes or apartments as long as possible! And COA can help!
Care Connection
A volunteer-based community outreach program that offers a variety of no-cost services to allow seniors to continue living independently and in their own homes.
Transportation
COA provides transportation through the Sunshine Bus, the St. Johns County contracted provider of public transportation, COA’s Paratransit Transportation, and COA’s Coastal Transportation.
